[ILUG] Generate image from text

Mel mel at csn.ul.ie

A long time ago, a utility was talked about here which took an image and a
text file and generated a new picture where colours in the image were
substituted for text in the file. It was used to generate something like
http://www.thinkgeek.com/stuff/fun-stuff/340a.shtml . I dug through the
archives and spent many CPU cycles searching google but can't find it. Can
someone refresh my memory and tell me what the utility was?

Thanks
