[ILUG] Mutt and replies

Robert Elliott robert at alphyra.ie
Thu Nov 15 20:40:40 GMT 2001

Hi, all.
Wouldn't it be great if the reply-to for this list were...
no, hang on. That's not what I meant.

My mutt (1.2.5i) has problems identifying to whom replies should go; hitting
'r' (or 'g') results in my own address appearing in the To: field. It's very
annoying. Especially when I don't check, and only find out when the damn mail
appears in my inbox.

So: is there a line I can stick into .muttrc that'll set the To: field to be
the From: field in the message to which I'm replying? googling has revealed
more sample .muttrcs than I could normally hope to want, but they're
revealing precious little on this topic.

TIA,
robert
