[ILUG] USB keyboards and Mice and stuff + a newsgroup question...

Hi all,

Q1: Got my USB remote control mouse going (pour Monsieur pain au chocolat
chez Antefacto) and the USB keyboard. Sound.

I decided to recompile the kernel as you do, and here's the issue:

Upon reboot it loads the USB hub and the USB mouse and keyboard sound. Well
it says OK insead of failed.
However, at the moment it loads I no longer have keyboard and mouse
functionality.

I have checked the modules loading and they are cool.
Has anyone experienced this? I must be missing something but I cannot see
what.

I need to recompile as my telly card won't load, gets loads of errors when I
insmod the bt848 module.

Q2: whats the best newsgroups for sco openserver 3? I could google I suppose
but am mental buzy at the moment - haven't had breakfast yet :(

Anyone?
CW
