[ILUG] Xbox as a cheapo Linux box?

[ILUG] Xbox as a cheapo Linux box?

It just occurred to me that MS's new XBox game console - given that it is
(I understand) just a custom PC and given that it has to be relatively
cheap to compete with Playstation 2 etc - might be "convertable" to use as
a Linux (or even MS Win*) box.

Obviously keyboard would need to be fitted. Is that an insuperable problem
and are there more fundamental problems?
