Well, I've only recently updated my notebook and my machine to 7.2 but I'll
have 7.3 shortly so I'll see how it goes. I started using SuSE years ago
because at that time it was the ONLY distribution which had integrated I4L
well because of course ISDN is very well established in Germany. I continue
to use it because of inertia :-) and because I don't think there should be
one uber distribution and because it's European, though of course Mandrake
is too and it's very Red Hat compatible.

No, you'not, at least, not legally. SuSE haven't mad 7.3 ISOs available.
They've just (http://lwn.net/2001/1122/a/suse-7.3-ftp.php3) made a 7.3 FTP
tree available for those with big pipes (it's 6 GB) but there are no ISOs.

7.2 professional was 7 CDs and I've no reason to suppose 7.3 will be any
less. Of course if you buy SuSE you get a DVD + all 7 CDs which makes life
much easier if you have a DVD player (and makes life a total disaster if you
bring the DVD and your DVD-free notebook with you to do some work :-( )
AFAIK RH have now copied the DVD idea.
