That's certainly true although, although in a somewhat different context.
There are now clearly quite a number of people out of work on the list.
I'm not suggesting we should start welcoming them (the postings), but work
is work when you're trying to pay the rent.
Given the job situation would it be worth considering setting up
recruitment at linux.ie and welcoming people posting linux jobs to it
on the website. Inevitably non-linux stuff will seep into it but I suspect
people who are on the list won't mind. Those interested can sign up, anyone
who is not, just don't. I know it's not the aim of the group per se, but
if it helps members, why not.
