i have a script i use, intended for a machine that has trusted and
untrusted interfaces and networks (eg an internet gateway), with all
the config seperated out for ease of use (and of keeping the main
script sync'ed across multiple boxes). it also does masquerading. it's

not yet fully polished cause i'm still working on the 'seperate out
config' bit.
