answer SAMBA (but thats not the real answer)
but the real anser is Cygwin (just make sure you install the cvs part of cygwin), or alternatively if they are really command line phobic like me you could use WinCVS.
(but im only get the list on digest so some one else has probably already clarified the comments for Dave Airlie
