This is exactly why I've always done my serious number crunching (Mie and
Navier-Stokes) in Forth. MacForth is now on its 3rd supplier (CS to Forth
Inc to Megawolf), but when pi = 4 popped up as I moved from 366 MHz iBook
to 400 MHz iMac, it was back to its proper value the next day, in a new
version of the kernel.
