Thanks for the replies,
I thought i wouldn't have to do anything since the file was created
with GNOME's gEdit at home. I made a tarball of the source files and
brought it to college where i edited one of the files, saved changes,
got compiler errors, and it was only when I looked at the file in
'view' did i see what was wrong.
