[ILUG] Linux taking over MS

[ILUG] Linux taking over MS

Jeremy Smyth jer at online.ie

And what of the hundreds or thousands of general users who happen to work for
the city in question?

Methinks they'll go with what they know next time they buy a PC, seeing as they
would likely be the PC experts in their homes. And what they know would be what
they use in work, i.e. Linux.

This is a positive thing for those of us who consider ourselves advocates - the
more users exposed to Linux in a daily desktop sense, the more equality and
less FUD will spread.
