I don't know why I said the below where I assumed he had Netscape configured
for a proxy. Blame it on (looking up his BOFH excuse guide) a lack of inodes
on the cache volume :-)
As to swat, whenever I've run it I ran it standalone i.e. not from inetd or
xinetd. Perhaps you might give that a try.
