Well, in fairness, the internet took off slowly in France because of the
huge minitel installed base, but they've certainly caught up with the
twentieth century. Meanwhile, back in nineteenth century Ireland . . . .

And we've practically no native wine, and the climate sucks, though in
fairness, cheese is catching up, and our government hasn't (yet) made crypto
illegal.
