Hi all,
Anyone every had experience with http://www.xig.com/
I have just about given up with my voodoo5 5500 64MB, works grand except in
bloody GL.
Well not quite true now.
What happens is, any GL games will open and you hear the sound (quake3 duff
duff duff for example) But it draws in a quarter of the screen and it is
also unreadable.
The resolution is 1600*1200 and 16-bit colour.
I tried installing tdfx rpm, but it said, sorry this conflicts with some
bull....
I also tried installing glide package and that apparantly also conflicts
with some other bull.
Anyroads, gl works - kindof. It used to say goodluck, no gl libraries
installed or something.
Has anyone got a voodoo5 and knows whats up?
I am going to download the demo and check it out, but it requires removal of
all GL stuff first and thats a pain.
