I'd be interested in that when I need several different CDs at once.
Don't limit yourself to just Linux distributions, either - I'm sure
there would be interest for other free operating systems, plus maybe
collections of software. Especially bundles like the "Half-Life kit" the
nice folks at Antefacto made ;)

There are some cash-on-delivery options within Ireland, aren't there? If
you register as a small business, the fee probably would be minimal,
too.

Copyleft have some nice Debian recordables - consider a stocking a huge
supply of those ;)
