Wasn't it Esat that dumped 10% of their customers from their
"Surf-No-limits", because they (the customers), oddly enough
took "no limits" literally, as opposed to meaning "no limits, so long
as you don't use more than x hours a month". So much for "Customer Care".
I'm extremely reluctant to use any Esat products after that.
