Hey folks,
I'm trying ot get rh7 onto an old 486 with a scsi disk .. last tim ei tried,
it told me i had no device to install onto, and I tried making a driver disk
and using some of the scsi drivers. but none of them seem to find my disk.
It has an onboard scsi controller ...
NCR SDMS v3.0 PCI SCSI BIOS PCI Rev 2.0
NCRPCI-3.06.00
The mobo has the id : 10/21/94-SATURN-II-P/I-SP3G-00 ..I think I need to
flash the ncr bios to 3.07 (?) , and I have the flash proggie on a floppy,
but cant find the new image anywhere !
Am I on the right track ... anyone done this b4 ?
I assume if can do this, then one of the scsi drivers (53c810) should pick
up my disk ?
Thanks,
Declan
