That is just 56K dial-up.  We had cable TV as well, but we are now on Sky 
Digital.  As far as I know, NTL does not provide ISDN, but you should ask 
them yourself.  They also provide cable internet, but not in all parts of 
Dublin.  You should also investigate this.
