In /boot, you should find a boot.0300. That's a backup of the boot sector
before you ran lilo (assuming there wasn't already a boot.0300 there -
check the date on it).

You could just dd it back to /dev/hda and hope for the best (check the
lilo docs for details).

If your boot drive is not /dev/hda, the .0300 will be a different number.
