[ILUG] Removing primary disk

[ILUG] Removing primary disk

Michael Turley mturley at tomatois.com

Somebody in work has destroyed his hard disk and now wants one of mine.
I have two - one with win98 (for games) and Win 2K (for some Microsoft
dev stuff) and another with a cherished Linux installation. I have spent
too much time installing and configuring my Linux stuff to be able to
part with it especially as it is my primary development platform. The
problem is that windows is on the primary drive which has all the system
stuff.

Does anyone have any idea how I can remove the primary HD and still be
able to boot from the second Linux HD? Do I need to create a new MBR on
the second drive or can I just make a boot disk?

Michael
