dunno about ruairi, but it's been the experience of myself and several
others at work that instructing outlook users on how to use the "advanced
features" of their mail client is somewhat akin to teaching fish to walk.
it's incredibly hard and for some reason - successful or not - at the
end of the process it's *you* who looks like an idiot.
