I have to admit, I don't deal with these anymore.  I have a procmail rule
that replies to Word Docs from internal sources with the message:

"Your MS-Word document <doc-name> is infected with $random_virus.  Please
resend content in plain-text format."

This is mainly because I use Linux at work as my primary OS, and people here
insist on embedding tables and crap into MS-Word docs.

Works wonders.  ;)
