There must be some weird correlation between reenactors and Linux.
I too used to risk life & limb at this bizarre pursuit - with the norse film
& pageant society back in england.
+ the boss of my group was a committed linux hacker.
what could possibly link these interests? a liking for danger or a tendency
to do the unusual?

Myself and a few nutters that are big into armour & the like[0] were
talking last night about the film "A Knights Tale", where (accidentally)
they burn a Nike "swoosh" into someone's armour, in the style of modern
sportsmen.
Just wondering how hard it would be to indent a penguin into a
breastplate, and would anyone notice....
