it's possible. however, from commentary, the front line of
Afghanistan's civil war is 50km away from Kabul.
neither side has airplanes, so why would there be ack-ack into the
sky over kabul if this was a product of the civil war?

eek.
let's hope not. and there's no reason for one. no build-up of
international tension. so i doubt there'll be a WWIII.
course, with that simpleton at the helm, eager to provide 'firm'
leadership to the many americans who are baying for blood, who
knows...
Gavrilo Princip, firing 2 shots, killed Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand and
his wife in Sarajevo, June 28, 1914. Austria-Hungary (a mighty empire
then) decided that it needed to "get tough" with its sometimes
troublesome neighbour and, based upon circumstantial evidence,
declared war on Serbia that same day, and launched an attack the
next.
In less than a week, Belgium was overrun and Austria-Hungary, Serbia,
Germany, Russia, France and Britain were at war.
ah.. but who cares about history anyway - let's get tough with those
bothersome arabs.
