Yes. This strikes me as being a possibility for future designs.
Current ones can be retrofitted in some compromise fashion.
My wife Deirdre pointed out to me, yesterday evening, that jets of our
acquaintance generally have no W.C. facility inside the cockpit area, so
there's a plumbing obstacle among others. Something would have to be
done about that, the dinner problem, and others I'm no doubt forgetting.
But, frankly, if I were an airline pilot right now, I think I'd be in
favour of bringing a chamberpot and going hungry, if it'd let me leave
that door firmly locked and barricaded.
