True True....TB's are damn cheap...so is DDR Modules for than matter also...
My mobo cost me more than me 1.4 Ghz TB Chip..... chip was 140 Irish all
in...mobo was 170 irish all in  :(

But, just to note.....AMD chips have NO thermal throttling so be careful
when applying your heatskin..... AMD's boil and burst within a minute
without a heatskin attached and also can bring your mobo to a watt-ery grave
:(

 I scanned in an A4 image over the weekend, at a pretty high scan
resolution. Edited it in the gimp...and used so much memory, I wished I'd
had a gig of the stuff.

 I agree with the endorsement of the Duron - good chip, reasonably speed.
If you need that last bit of speed; the athlons are damn cheap at the
moment.
