[ILUG] RH7.0 or RH 7.1 and Dell Poweredge 1300's

Don't suppose anybody else has had any problems with reboots when it comes
to poweredge 1300's and redhat 7.x

any reboot sequence just hangs the system and you can only reset it using
the reset button

It looks like a situation where a reboot=hard should fix it but no joy

doesn't happen with rh6.2 or lower or on machine other than a poweredge 1300
i can get my hands on

has my brain just frozen over again or is there just something i'm missing
