I used to be on it, and use the product, but now use RedHat 7.1 and a
slightly more polite mailing list.... slightly....

Subject: [ILUG] Smoothwall user list
Is anyone here on the smoothwall users list ? I've been on it a couple of
days now and I 've never encountered the abuse that the smoothwalls "project
manager and founder " gives out daily ...
While I might agree with the some of what he says (and I think smoothwall is
great ..) , you'd think he'd learn some manners ...
its not Leaktest is a piece of crap
Steve Gibson is an asshole, the whole industry thinks so.
Your firewall has NOT been penetrated. I do not recommend it but if you
HAVE to use his shit Shields Up and prove it to yourself.
USB modems suck use a proper one
also remember guys we are NOT a company and no-one has ever given me any
cash for their smoothies so how the fuck do I get certification if all my
users wants so much stuff for free. Maybe RM on a crucifix in front of my
bank manager would make you all smile.
A big slice of reality would do you all good.
