Have you tried running "killev", if you've run oaf-slay it probably
won't do anything as oaf is the basis for all the bonobo stuff.
Perhaps use red-carpet's Verify Packages to ensure you have everythin
you need. It'll check conflicts etc and advice if anything should be
removed.
Wait a minute, is that a "snapshot", as in not the Beta release. If it
is then chances are you might not be alone, try logging into monkey talk
and seeing if anyone else has eXPerienced the problem. I've often had
weird problems using the snapshots which went away with the next nightly
build or be rolling back to a previous build.
