[ILUG] pci adsl modems for linux

I'm about to acquire ADSL in the next couple of days, so I need to get 
an ADSL modem for it. I've used external ones, but given the nature of 
the Eircom service, I'm probably much better off buying a simple PCI 
ADSL modem and running the rp_pppoe stack on the machine itself.

So, has anyone bought one of these in Dublin/UK/Komplett, and if so what 
is recommended and what's best avoided?
