The header says it all really. I synced to directories from an ext3
partition to a win32 NTFS partition using samba. The directory size on Linux
is 3.6G and on windows the same directory is 3.4G and I'm fairly sure that
everything was copied. Looking at another file I see the same thing.
On linux:
du -sh /home/apt-tar.gz
4.0k /home/apt-tar.gz
On Windows:
du -sh /mnt/lapt/sys/upload/home/apt-tar.gz
2.0k /mnt/lapt/sys/upload/home/apt-tar.gz
And no the gz file isnt corrupt on the windows box
