if you recompile your kernel you can turn on NTFS write support. That's
however very likely to trash your NTFS partition. The support's still only
at a very early stage ,due, I believe, to difficulties in getting
technical info about NTFS from Microsoft.

  So I think the answer is, you can do it with a kernel recompile, but you
really don't want to risk it :)
