I'm not sure why, but all the semaphore arrays on a machine are used. All
128 of them.
Most are owned by root, some are owned by apache. I restarted apache, and
it didn't reduce the numbers owned by it! Is there a way that you can
find out what process has these open, so I can kill it ? Can you increase
these numbers in runtime ?
