No they're not - they're more expensive than Eircom but cheaper than Via - is
there anyone else ?
And for the extra 10 EUR over Eircom, Esat's service has no cap. Also, as
ESAT's service AFAIK uses LLU it's already available in places where Eircom
(and hence Via) does not provide service.
