unfortunately the majority of them in there are either: a) lazy; b) stupid;
c) liars; or d) all of the above. The default attitude towards them should
really be doubt, disbelief and pessimism.
To be fair though, I notice that support has improved a smidgeon since they
started getting rid of the biddies. About time too.
