Well, from his POV he wasn't. When the Eircom "guy on the phone (tm)" talks
about ADSL over ISDN he's talking about what I mentioned earlier i.e. making
the ISDN to ADSL transition into a product offering. It's NOT ADSL running
over an ISDN line.
