This is the option I went with on one of the phonelines here.

The main problem is whether ADSL is reliable enough to run
webservices/nameservers/mail. The idea would be to up the bandwidth from
a 128K leased line to 1M/256K ADSL. Apart from the obvious issues of
SLAs and contention, the lower bandwidth charges are attractive.
