Yes, and arguably a BSD init is easier than a SysVInit one. But various
people seem to hold fervent opinions for each, anyway. Just as some
alleged that rc.local is Wrong and Bad, because it doesn't properly
control start/stop of processes, while others don't care. Go figure.
