[ILUG] Remote poweroff

Have any of you ever come across a box which enables remote power cycling of
attached equipment ? Apparently APC do such a box which you can access via
https but I've looked on their website and not found it.

Surely Windows users have developed a need for such a thing ?

I gather that some UPS can be shutdown via TCP but I want more granularity
that the whole UPS.
