[ILUG] ILUG Raising Money for ILUG Guru Quiz

Don't know if the ILUG needs more money but I'm going to post this anyway.
What I am suggesting is a Guru Quiz every day you login to a web site and answer say 3 or 4 multiple-choice questions. And the winner of every day is posted on the web site. Maybe every 2 months or that a prize is given out (200 euro?). Everyone who joins would pay 10 euro every 2 months and the profits would go to the ILUG.
To prevent cheating there would have to be a time limit on when people could answer the questions say between 8am - 11:30am and once you logged in you have say 5 minutes to answer the 3 or 4 questions. Only one login per day. The only real problem with this system is that a person could set-up 2 logins E.g. John1 and John2 login as John1 copy down the questions and then give the correct answers as John2 not really sure how to get around that one.
The payment method I haven’t really thought out there is paypal.com not really sure how that works also not sure how much it would cost to allow the ILUG to accept credit cards but one way around this would be to allow people to set-up their logins and then transfer the money into an ILUG bank account and use their login name as a reference for the money.
This could also be used to promote people maintaining a list of winners and allowing them to put up a few personal details say their CV. As good as RHCE at 1/10th the price!
Questions and answers could be submitted by anyone; verified by a member of the ILUG who couldn’t take not part in the quiz or pass the questions on. Then the questions are placed in a database and chosen randomly preventing even the Quiz admin form knowing exactly when they will come up.
