I am not so sure. With recent spending cutbacks I think more places
will consider Linux. I think the problem is one of awareness. Awareness
that M$ is totally insecure [1] and a lack of awareness that their is an
alternative.

Has Open Source ever been raised in the Dail for debate?
I would love to see a general recommendation by Goverment
to adopt Open Source technology where possible.

A good place to start would be with the electronic voting
system....
