It's a java applet that *requires* the broken MS Java VM and doesn't
work with the latest validated Java. So IE doesn't work either if you
have jdk 1.4 installed and handling your applets. You need to select
Microsoft VM in IE (and restart Windows of course) to use ROS.
IIRC, the wonky applet classes seems to be written by Baltimore.
