Should be easy enough so long as you know its IO port and IRQ (typically
0x340 and 11 or something like that). Unless you're trying to boot from
a device connected to the card, forget about lilo.conf and initrd. Far
too much effort for nearly no reward.
If 'modprobe aha152x aha152x=0x340,11' doesn't work then maybe SuSE
screwed up their distribution kernel. Look for an update from SuSE or
try building your own (the Kernel HOWTO on www.tldp.org should steer you
right there).
