I was actually talking to the people doing this at Linux World NewYork
last week and the people who make the cards are in the process of
getting the hardware certified for Europe.
Apparently there are already people using it in Europe.

I can't remember the name of the company but they were located in the
.org pavillion so if you look up a map of the show online you can
probably find them.
