By default in Redhat, sendmail only listens on 127.0.0.1.
Not sure what to change in m4 files, but its
O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA
in the sendmail.cf Add copy and paste, adding as many of them as you need
with the appropriate IP address to bind to.
