I've thought of that before, but the bottom line is that if France, Germany,
Spain, Malta (for fsck's sake !), New Zealand can deploy ADSL with no
bandwidth cap at a reasonable price, WTF can't Eircom ? Pure unadulterated
corporate greed, that's why, unfettered by a toothless regulator.
