[ILUG] [OT] FreeBSD hack - HELP Please

Hi All sorry for the wayyy off topic post.

Okay I am in a bing bad situation at the moment. I have a freeBSD box here
that I need to logon to. Unfortuantly the previous Sys Admin "forgot" the
password to the root account. I have console access. (I am sitting right
beside it) Can anyone advise of a way to get into it (OFF THE LIST PLEASE)
as I need to get access asap as it just happens to run a very import app for
a client who is very demanding.

I am stuck big time here.

If anyone can help I will be most grateful.
