Absolutely. Install a minimal 2.2/potato, switch to the 3.0/woody
"testing" track, "apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade", then build
up using tasksel or just adding packages.
You can also use 3.0/woody CD images, which you can get from various
sources.
