[ILUG] login

Morning,

I've gotta problem on a linux machine here in work.  When a user logs on
their .login, .basrc and .bash_profile aren't run.  echo $SHELL gives
/bin/sh, but that is linked to /bin/bash.

Any ideas welcome,
