Yes, and I think that while there is a lot of useful and pertinent
information being dispensed via the mailing lists it can be somewhat
disjoint at times (especially when given in the form of related yet
seperate emails) which is why I am of the opinion that the website
should be used, not to replace the [functionality of the] mailing lists
but to complement them and provide conjoint readable articles that will
be of use to beginners and experts alike.
Using php-nuke, I feel, will never bring us close to achieving that aim.
It will instead only serve to underline and provide a even more
confusing "maze of unintelligible words" as the Doras review puts it.
